We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@mytonwallet.cc with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@mytonwallet.cc with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
